Waiter / Waitress – Angler’s Rest

We are looking for full and part time candidates to join our great team. The Anglers Rest is one of Dublin’s best known and inviting restaurants. We are located in the Strawberry beds near Castleknock and the Phoenix Park in Dublin 15. The role includes:

  • Providing our guests with a friendly and attentive service
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential with a drive and enthusiasm to learn
  • Barista and bar service knowledge is essential, further training will be provided
  • Be efficient and have a proven ability to work under pressure
  • All staff will have a meal while on duty
  • We have free car parking for staff

Waiter/Waitress – Hogs and Heifers

Hogs and Heifers is looking for energetic experienced waitresses/waiters to join the team! This busy restaurant and bar is located in Airside Swords.

  • Applicants must have hospitality experience
  • Be fluent in English
  • EU Citizen
  • Have a hospitality background
  • Must understand the operations of a busy restaurant
  • 2 years experience in a busy environment
  • Love customer service and have a friendly and professional approach to customers!
  • The candidate must deliver a high standard of customer service and will report to the general manager and floor manager.
  • We are offering approx 30 – 40 hours per week and the successful candidate will need to be available for shiftwork both weekdays and weekend.

Experienced Hostess – Hogs and Heifers

Hogs and Heifers is looking for an experienced Hostess! This busy restaurant and bar is located in Airside Swords.

  • Applicants must have hospitality experience

  • Must understand the operations of a busy restaurant

Chef – Hogs and Heifers

Hogs and Heifers require an experienced Commis Chef/Chef De Partie to work in a busy gastro pub/restaurant environment which serves Lunch and Evening Menu in the Swords area. The candidate must be very reliable, hardworking and have the ability to work in a big fast paced kitchen alongside a friendly and efficient team. Good communication skills are essential and applicant must be passionate, ambitious and willing to adapt and learn to work in this environment. Candidate must have good organisational skills as all our food is cooked to order.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about food and quality and have the following:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience required working in a similar busy gastro pub / restaurant
  • Must be HACCP trained
  • Excellent drive, focus and passion to develop and learn
  • Previous experience working in an English speaking Kitchen
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience in managing kitchen assistants/porters as required
  • Experience in managing orders/stock control
